Composition
A pointed arch, paired columns and a suspended lamp-like motif frame a flowering vase and scrolling foliage. Together, these elements recall the imagery of Paradise associated with the wider Persian and Islamic prayer-carpet tradition.
Flowering stems and stylised blossoms soften the architectural symmetry. A broad, deep-blue floral border encloses the field, framed by narrower decorative bands.
Palette
